When you spend time in community parks in Frisco, Texas, you'll likely notice the lard, bright blue kiosks that have been installed, called ZapStands. The primary purpose of ZapStand is to save lives. Each ZapStand contains an automated external defibrillator (also known as an AED), a lifesaving device used if an individual suffers sudden cardiac arrest (SCA).
