A 64-year-old cardiac arrest victim was saved at IHG Crowne Plaza Terrigal on 15 April 2016 The staff of the Crowne Plaza Terrigal had never used a defibrillator, except on dummies in training, and venue manager Chris Beath admitted he was “petrified.”
